LUK’S HOUR

This class teaches the fundamental physical techniques and mental confidence required to take on obstacles on almost any obstacle course.

Working on progressions that take you gradually from saying: “I’ll never be able to do that!” to being able to fly over, under and through obstacles with style saying: “yes! I did it!”. Each class leaves you with the sense of accomplishment that comes with achieving something you never thought possible.

 

Tip: Wear grippy shoes, bring chalk & plenty of water and remove any large finger rings

If you are into OCR this class is a MUST.

We all know the frustration of not being able to complete a Rig!
You Really need to Specifically train Grip to Improve your Grip.

It can be said that “you’re only as strong as your grip” when it comes to taking part in Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), so this class focuses purely on improving grip strength, right from the fingers to the forearms, biceps and back muscles that all combine to support strong grip. The class also teaches important (and fun) hanging and swinging techniques to bring out your inner ninja warrior! 

Tip: Remove any large rings from your fingers to help with grip

Notes: Moderate intensity, rig technique & grip endurance.
