Walk Around Induction

The walk and talk-through of our gigantic Assault Course (1.5h).
We explain to you our system to find yourself on the right path through the course
as well as give you the underlying Safety procedure.
*Mandatory for first timers that want to go on the ocr-course on their own.
Active Induction

Never tried our OCR-Specialist Course before?
Have our Mikes Gym Certified Coaches lead you through the Entire 5k.
